couple things...it has the luxury sport wheels, but make sure it's a luxury sport. ie. suspension, load leveling, brake line and other amenities...

warranty: when i bought my '03 certified cts it had the 6 year 100,000 mile waranty included, i'd check the warranty info as a "just in case" kinda thing.

what kind of financing are they offering? i think you should be able to get 60 months@2.9 for the certified pre-owned cts's. that helps a lot.

Since it is not a GM dealership, I would assume you cannot get it certified. You can probably still finance it through GMAC but will not get any lower than 5.0 APR, which still isn't bad.

thing is the GM warranty ends at 50k so that only gives me 400 miles of factory warranty left...he said i could add another 3 years though but im not sure how much. The lowest he said i could get is 4.3 APR.....

This is the interior w/o the nav though:

im only looking to spend 20k but around here in st. louis this is the best deal. every other 03 for sale has more miles and is more expensive. i test drove it last week and it seemed like it had no problems.

I purchased a 03 with 37,500 miles with 5 sp mt, loaded except for sunroof for $18,500 before tax in South Georgia. I have loved it so far.

I'm sure that the manual lowered the price but good for me that is what I wanted.

You guys with the '03 5 spd manual's are lucky. You've got 3.73's :)
