Just wondering if anyone has a sound clip of a CTS 3.6L with a CTS-V exhuast. I understand it does not make the car too loud but adds a nice tone. That is exactly what I am looking for. Any way if you know where I could find such a clip that be great.
Cheers, Jason
Yes, there's one here somewhere. I did a quick search but couldn't turn it up. Sometime in July or August. It convinced me to buy mine.

DubbedStealth has one. The sound clip is posted on Cadillacfaq.com. I also have a clip of my 3.6 with stock pipes and Magnaflow exhaust. I have since upgraded to the V-pipes, but the clip is still there if you want to compare mine and Dubbed's.
I don't have a sound clip persay, but I did a small video of various conditions running a 3.6L with V-exhaust. I have to say it sounds even better now for some reason than it did back then.

I went to Cadillacfaq.com but could not fins one with just a CTS-V exhaust. They had other things done to the exhaust.

Cool, Thanks for the clip. One question though, Is that basically just a CTS-V exhaust bolted on a 3.6? The reason I ask is it says "ML-V" exhaust. What does that mean?
PS, It sounds great!!!
Thanks, J

Yep, it's just a V-series exhaust bolted from the 02 sensors down, I refer to it as MLV exhaust after the term was coined before... after the first member to do this modification (I belive his screen name is ML)

Thats perfect! Thatsthe exact sound I was looking to get out of the car. I now know I am going to be verry happy with the exhaust!
Thanks again!

No problem, I had fun making the video :)
This is the exhaust that cadillac should be putting on the sport appearance and sport 18" performance packages
