Buddy of mine is selling a 95ish Cadillac Elderado ETS with the Northstar engine 113k miles the front spoiler where the marker lights are is badly damage the clearcoat peeled off the hood and he ran 87 octance since day 1 and he wants 3,000 dollars for it but im rather skeptic especially after i know how its been treated. It is clean as a whistle on the inside paint isnt bad except the hood and some decent sized dings so any opinions would be appreciated thank you!:cool2:

I'd say 3k isn't a bad deal for it, but pics would greatly help in determining...

87 octane won't hurt it and the harder he beat on it the better, as long as it was maintaned properly. Especially coolant changes.

If I did not know the history or suspect the car had little to no maintenance done, it isn't worth half that price unless you plan to dismantle it.
