How do I access the power window switches in the arm rests? I don't want to do any damage prying the panel up the wrong way.

This photo is from a 1995 FSM, so yours may not be the same:

The instructions state:

1. Use a 1/2" wide flat bladed tool to pry up on the rear of trim plate.
2. Insert the blade 3/4" into the door trim to engage the retention clip. Press firmly towards switch plate to disengage clip.
3. Pull flat bladed tool upward while pressing firmly towards plate to pull plate from trim panel.
