: Aluminum Overlay

Installed yesterday. I love 'em; the way it should have come from the factory. The gauges tie in well with the steering wheel and the really stand out. Instructions left a lot to be desired (seems like a trend with aftermarket stuff). Open for questions/comments.

Looks great at night. I took some pictures, but none really came out too well. Will try with my SLR tomorrow.

Total cost with shipping was $185, I received it within 4 days.
I found it to be relatively easy, a lot quicker than expected.
Removing the instrument cluster is very simple (Thanks to Reed from CadillacFaq).

Q&D overview:
Remove the trim (snaps out) from the base of the instrument cluster,
2 screws and 1 electrical connection and the cluster pulls out.
The back of the cluster seperates from the glass by unsnapping the plastic housing to expose the circuit board and then unscrewing the torx screws with a T15 head.
The most difficult part was pulling off the needles and resetting them.
I was surprised that (although covered in plastic) the overlay wasn't really polished well - so I polished it with Aluminum polish. Surgical gloves are provided in the kit so no fingerprints will be present on the gauge face.

I'm creating detailed shots with instructions that should be posted by tomorrow.
