It's bolted on from the inside. It's easy to replace if you can get one at the junk yard or on eBay. Just make sure it's from a 2011 or up because of the wiring. Even adhesive might not help at 80mph or so. I'd replace it if I were you.
You probably broke the plastic bracket underneath.
Take your plastic lens out of your courtesy dome lamp and unscrew those two screws, then GENTLY pry down the whole sunroof plastic assembly in the center front of the windshield. Then unscrew the two screws holding your driver side sun visor on and passenger side also.
This will loosen the front of the headliner enough to get your head up by the windshield and look at the mount for the shark fin. Detach the wiring harness to it (3 wire cannon plug right behind the driver's sun visor) then unbolt the shark fin and pull the whole assembly out bottom and top.
You can then plastic weld it, epoxy/Gorilla glue it and try to put it back on after it dries. Otherwise you can replace it $80 bucks or so on eBay.
Thanks for the info. Guess it'll be headed to the dealer. I'll try lots of things, but taking the headliner loose isn't one of them.
