I did the same installation but put aluminum tape backing so the black would not show between the billet holes. Did you take off the rubber mount on the Emergency brake? Also I found that I had to bend the gas billet pedal to conform with the curveture of said pedal. I believe they dress-up the interior.

Some obedient dogs you got there. I'll bet they're pretty protective. My dog wouldn't sit still. If he was that close to a car, he thinks he's riding in it!

I installed my set this weekend and have the same question about the e-brake. The rubber pad doesn't come off like it does on the clutch and brake pedal so you can't through bolt it. But there is metal underneath so you can't use the sheet metal screws.

Can someone post a pic of the stock ebrake rubber? I personally haven't seen it. How is the rubber held on, glued? You may have to cut the rubber piece off. It is recommended to remove all rubber pedal covers and use the bolt/nut combination for mounting.

Hello guys. Let me clarify the emergency brake pedal installation. (FYI, we have always used machine screws/nuts with our metal e-brakes or any metal pedals for that matter.) The reason for the "error post" was that our original test fitter's installation pic through me off as he decided to use the self tapping screws...

If you need longer machine screws (3/4" long, 1/2" were included) please email me at js@autovation.net (js@autovation.net) and I will be glad to ship two of these to you right away. I apologize for the confusion!

We have since redesign our e-brake with vertical mounting holes as opposed to horizontally since there is more room for drilling in the vertical direction. This will allow installers to drill a hole above and below the stock hole in the pic below. Machine screws and nuts will be used to fasten.
