My CC went out about 3 or 4 months ago in my 87 brougham, and I havent been able to figure out the problem i took the CC box out and made sure everything was connected. I also looked at the fuses for the CC and made sure it was still good. I dunno, Anyone know what could be wrong with it???

Did You Read The Thread Down From Yours Re: Cruise Control Inop? 12th One Down. Yours Being A Rear Wheel Drive I Believe Uses A Bead Chain From The Servo To The Throttle. Check Vacuum Hoses At Servo For Looseness, Off Or Kinked. Also Check Under Dash At Brake Light Switch. Vacuum Hose Attaches To Dump Switch At Brake Pedal, Could Be Off, Loose, Kinked. If Switch Plunger Doesn't Fully Retract Into Brake Lamp Switch, No Electrical Signal Will Get To The Cruise Unit. Hope This Helps, Report Back After Its Fixed Please.
