That's a super nice Fleetwood. The price is real nice as well. You thinking about buying it??
If you are, I vote for, yes, go for it.

Looks sharp! Where did he get the wheels? I haven't seen them before.

It is missing only 1 thing, the LT1! That would make it the cat meow!

Love it, well, except for the grille....I DO NOT like any of the aftermarket "Rolls" grilles on this car as they just look more tacky and glued on than good.

Other than that, wheels are suprisingly nice, and LT1 or not, these are awesome cars--I love my '93 white/red FWB especially!

I don't know if it's the LT1 or not. Is there special badging for it? Anyway, it's a gorgeous car, from the pix. They guy hasn't gotten back to me about the engine yet, tho. Acutally this guy is selling it FOR the doctor, coz the doc doesn't know online stuff well.

I love the car, esp. the WHEELS! But unless you all take up a collection for me, there's no way I can afford it or the gas it guzzles. =P

Seriously...anyone wanna donate to the cause?? Please?? =D

that is nice. the 93s didnt come with the LT1 but who the hell cares? it is still a Fleetwood. the wheels are just 15 inch bolt on wires, i think i would go with a knock off if you wanted to stay with wires or you could buy the stock wheels off ebay or something. if i were you dude, i would definitely go for it.

There's no way I can possibly go for it. =( As nice a car as it is, I'm still not a huge fan of the body style. I love the interior, the color, etc. but I could invest a few thou in my Brougham and totally pimp it out. New interior, etc. Eventually put a 403 in (a compromise) and a sunroof, ya know. A sunroof would cost $3,000 in itself, tho! =O

yeah but thats a rare car man. you can always get more money later but deals like that dont just stick around. i dont know what is wrong with the body style, its my favorite car, nicest looking Cadillac ever made if you ask me. you do what you want though, it is a good deal and you never know when another one of those that nice might come around again.

That is a good deal but you can always hold off for a better one. I bought my 93 Fleetwood from the original owner for $3,000.

We paid $4,500 for my '93 back in July of 2003, when it had 88k miles on it and had just gotten a new radiator and water pump. Other than a couple small scrapes on the front bumper corners and one of the panels up there also being loose (guy said it was what happened when his wife, who apparently hated the car, tried to park it....), was perfect. Cotillion White Brougham with Garnet (very rare, apparently, and a dead ringer for blood red) interior, and no other options except the little dealer installed garage door opener pod in the overhead console.

It's a '93, so no LT1, but I've been VERY satisfied with the power and refinement of the TB1 350 anyway, and am glad we found it (on Cars.com, after it had been listed in the Washington Post).

I simply don't have the money, that's all. I'd have to sell my car (for which I already am making payments) and *somehow* come up with the additional. LOL When I'm already dissatisfied with my fuel mileage, upgrading to a more expensive gas guzzler is probably out of line. Too bad, coz it's a beautiful car!

Seriously, I'm taking donations...anybody? =(

actually i bet that 93 probably gets better mileage than what you are. they get 17 city and about 25/ 26 highway. that is what i got in my Fleetwood anyway. hey you dont got the money so dont fret. i can understand that, i thought you were looking at getting it though that is why i said go for it.

I'm fretting. LOL Oh, well, I'm young. I can always hold out for something else, down the road. You know, when gas is $6.99 a gallon. LOL Where are those damned hover-cars already?!

CaddyCruiser, your Fleetwood is nice. Very very clean looking. It looks like it was cleaned with a white glove.

Thank you so much! We get similar comments all the time, and I can honestly tell you, this car DOES get the white glove service, especially in the area of detailing. Though we REALLY wanted a black one, something that turned out to be next to impossible after looking at (3) complete disasters, I'm actually SO glad I just happened to come upon the listing for this one when I did. The Cotillion White is nothing special, but I've only ever seen a total of 2 or 3 other ones with the same interior shade that, while called Garnet, still looks darn near blood red to me--and is GORGEOUS, especially compared to the run of the mill shades of glue and gray you usually find.

Actually, the car was advertised for $4,750 starting on, I think, a Friday. We went looking at other ones on Saturday and I then found it online that night. Called the guy, drove there the next day and basically just fell in love with it right then and there and knew it was the one. The owner said another man was coming to look at it right after us, so he agreed to $4,500 on the spot and away the check went! Other than needing new brakes and a fix for an oil leak right after we got it home, it's been a very good two years and I still love every bit of the car.....even with gas at well over $3 a gallon :yup:

Actually, on that note of gas, this car is certainly no Prius, but still does darn well for being such a large, heavy best with SO much power (yes, I did say that, and it's just the TBI motor...), with a consistent average of between 20-25MPG. This is in addition to the other dirt cheap costs of maintenance, which, in truth, are pretty nonexistent, other than the occasional oil change.

The prices I'm hearing seem a little high for these Fltwds. for sale, especially the '93 for $6525. I paid $8900 for my 2nd '94 almost two years ago, but it was IMMACULATE with only 24K miles. I though I paid too much, but I knew I would never find another Fltwd. in as good condition.
