Well guys I went and got some 50/50 premixed coolant and filled the radiator and coolant tank up,and idled the car for a good 20 minutes looking for leaks the whole time with a really bright maglite flash light. I diddn't see coolant leaking form anywhere even down near the water pump where I really zeroed in. I also reached down and tried moving the water pump before starting the car and it diddn't budge.
I noticed upon removing the radiator cap and referring to the owner's manual that it was on wrong and the arrows on the cap wern't lined up properly. Could this have caused air or excessive pressure in the coolant system? I did make sure I put the radiator cap back on propery as per the instructions in the owner's manual. I checked after driving for a good 45 minutes with the a/c on and off and no overheating and no lost coolant, would you guys say my coolant problem is resolved? I'am going to run it by my mechanic tomorow morning just to have him give it a once over just for the heck of it. As a side note it diddn't take long at all yesterday to lose the coolant and I'd say it was driven for the same ammount of time as yesterday. Thanks guys for any feedback on this.
Save the trip to the mechanic. Your problem is solved. By not having the cap on correctly you did not cause excessive pressure, you didn't seal the system and had no pressure, thus the coolant boiled at a much lower tempurature, causing overheating and boil over.

Thanks ranger I'am just really releaved its nothing major, after checking my oil this morning I realized a head gasket wasen't the problem. I know that a blown/bad head gasket would have ment coolant in my oil. So when the oil looked and smelled fine I knew it was not the problem I feared. As a side note I ranger I never knew a radiator cap could cause such grief it not put back on right,I always thought it just went on and diddn't matter how lol. Last thing is I assume the boiling over is what ate up my coolant from the reserve tank then? Afterall this is where the radiator gets coolant from when it runs low right?

Both are true statements.
BTW, a bad head gasket will not always leak into the oil. If it is leaking at the right spot it will leak into the combustion chamber or exhaust port and be burned and none will be found in the oil. Glad to hear yours was a simple fix.

Thanks ranger I'am glad to believe me also being my car only has 109,000 do you think I'am being paranoid about the head gasket, should I even be concerned about this issue? Also the first thing I did was change the coolant and the coolant suppliment tabs when I bought the car. I also change my coolant and add the coolant tablets every year around april due to the hot summers here in florida,Is this to excessive?
Well, being that you have a '94 (green coolant / 24 month change), you are only slightly excessive. Maybe conservative is a better word (can't hurt). If you did yearly changes with Dex-Cool, I'd call that excessive. Conservative with Dex might be 3-4 years.
Paranoid? Anyone who spends any time on this site is paranoid. Myself included. You can't help not be. Just remeber, this site is not a good sampling of ALL the Northstars out there. Only the ones with problems. Secondly, other than cooling system maintanence, there is nothing you can do to prevent a head gasket failure short of offering a virgin to the head gasket gods. Drive it and enjoy it.
