My 1992 Cadillac DeVille will run very smooth until heats up then when Idling will just quit like it has run out of gas. It starts up and run's a few more times then again this will happen. It has a very strong smell coming from the tailpipe and black smoke.

Check the FPR and injectors for leaks.
