I noticed on my last fill up that I got 17.4 mpg and my computer is saying that i got 21.7. this is a big difference. so i did some searching on here and decided i should check the FPR first and then move on to fuel injectors if that wasnt it. so, i pull the vacuum hose off the FPR and it freaking snaps right off the throttle body. apparently where it connects to the throttle it got really brittle and hard having no flex to it at all. of course im finding out this is a dealer part, so off to crestmont cadillac it is:annoyed:.to top it off there was no leak. anyway, i do have one question. how much of a pain is it to check the injectors on a 94 deville 4.9?? doesnt look too complex but i did notice a few things that might make it difficult. like the fuel rail running right under the fuel pump. any advice??
