Does anyone know if a sequential shifter is made for the T-56 (CTS-V application) transmission? Looked at the below linked and spotted several but none for the CTS-V application.

Yep there is one. It's unfortunately set to be rather expensive and at this time not ready for sale.

We were talking about one at work.

Might be able to prototype one up as I know this machinest who loves to build stuff.

What is the hot tip?
Compressed air ?
