Well, it was what i thought it was.. internal bearing gone. From the noise it was making, like i said it was loud like a tree limb mulching machine..lol

Anyway, HATS Off to Magnason & Kachina/Lund dealer..
They are overnighting a brand NEW whiner! ;) woot! Best part, NO CHARGE!
These guys so far, including maggie, has stood by there word, & thats a great feeling on my end. They will just rebuild mine, punch in a new bearing most likely resell, it is only 5 months old.. ALSO, MAGGIE OWNERS, do not freak out, this is a rare thing, especially the bearing that went out on my maggy inside. So it is all good & if anything does screw up, do not worry maggie will stand by you on the warranty. :D
IMHO, i do not think i got a bad one, i really believe it is just the damn heat here in the desert. It hit 117-120 at times & you can just imagine under that hood how HOT it can get from heat off the hiway..
I have to get a specter werks hood, or something like it.. That CTS-V racer, i fully understand why they have there special hood.. If not, i might try to find a shop that can modify mine cut & add working louvers.. Even though i will be moving soon, i am still keeping a condo in Phoenix, so when i come back those 2-3 month stays i can switch out..

Im not sure which side it was, from the sound of it, passenger side, but inside bearing is what they said. when they re-install new one they even said will tune car over again, i guess flash tune it all over..
They had a satin one on the shelf, but i paid for the polished unit, even though i want it back so badly & fast i can not let myself go with that.. It will just be one day longer, so friday afternoon looks like greenlight if no other problems arise..

Also, i just want to thank everyone for the headsup & all the help/input & advice from each of you. these are the best forums ever with a great bunch of guys/gals.. All the input went from forums to word of mouth to dealer.. BAM! done deal... ;)

I should get my V back fri afternoon.. Then im going to take it out towards globe, there is a couple of out of no where staightaways for me to test it out.. I can tape it, but i still have figured out how to transfer Sony handy cam mini disc to pc.. I tried converter, but that is like real time it pics look like crap. I have photoshop, i have sony software.. man, i wish i knew what to do.. i guess i will have to buy another camera that will be pc compatible. that blows.. 600 bucks just to watch it on tv? or to a vcr? hmmm i wonder if i could play it from camcorder to dvd burner, those kind that go with a tv?
