Does anybody here have either some photos or drawings of the fuel pump area of that engine?

I searched Google and the Cadillac/Lasalle Club website - nothing...

Google is full of 331 Cadillac equipped cars for sale. Those are a couple but I don't know if the fuel pump is detailed enough.

You are welcome. I once had a guy tell me that changing fuel pumps on those was not an easy job. I have no idea why and would like to know someday.
That displacement started the "horsepower race". Maybe a scale model 1st gen Hemi would look good next to your model.
