That is a great deal for the fuel injection system as it can go for up to $1000. Not only is it port injection, it is complete except for the fuel pump. Being the early type, before the closed-loop and diagnostic capabilities of the '81 V8-6-4, it is not as good. However, it is the only one that fits all 472/500's and is worth about 30 hp over a stock carburetor. Fuel injected 500 anyone?

Additionally, with free shipping and handling, it is even more attractive for me living in MI (the seller is in Spokane, WA).
I already have a Holley Pro-Jection DFI 900 cfm system on my 500 and will be installing an UltraMegaSquirt programmable fuel injection computer with another Holley 900 cfm throttle body on my other 500.

yeah, I thought it was pretty cool, as I always remember hearing about fuel injectiona nd air bags being offered in 70's Caddys, well, I now see the fuel injection, but have not seen the airbags yet, but still, if I was gonna be building up a 500, I would really think about the fuel injection, you would probally get better millage crusing on the highway with FI over a carb too....
