I just traded in my 00' Deville. these were my problems when I got rid of it

-A/C went out
-Engine Barrings
-Front Struts to be replaced
-Oil Leak that no one could fix
-and to try to find out why it died everyday

Good luck man - I suggest to get rid of it - I am so happy that I did.

Welcome sosad!

Sorry we are not greeting you under better conditions. Something smells bad here!? A 2001 should not have visited the shop 79 times by now, and being a certified unit it should not cost you a dime! I seems the dealership is giving you quite the run-around (I don't know the whole story).

Here's what you should do. Get all you facts together (have the dealer print you out a repair summary (yours will be several pages long listing all the repairs you have had cadillac fix.) Then call Cadillac Care @ 1-800-458-8006 and discuss your issues with them, they should help you get your problem(s) resolved(have your VIN#). Stay calm and explain in detail as much as possible. Good luck, Let us know what happens! Thanks for joining the forum.
