That's the funny thing about this color, it looks pink in one shade of light, beige in another, etc, etc.

Now just the other day I saw this weird purple/green/blue/black camillion type color on an Escalade. Have you seen this?

It was kinda ugly and odd, lol. I then later saw it on a Ford Windstar!

In the late 1990's Mustang had a cool color like that. It changed from purple to cherry red, blue, etc in different angles. Come to think of it, I might have seen it on a Windstar too  !!!

Was it called "Mystic" or something??

I said your Fleetwood looked mocha and you said it seems to change colors and then I mentioned the color that I saw the other day on a Escalade that would change in different lights and at diff angles. Then I also said I saw it on a Ford Windstar later that day.

You know I just noticed your '92 has very similar mudflaps as our '99:hmm:

Dad put those mudflaps on the week he bought it in April of 1991, as I helped him install. I removed the back flaps a couple months ago because I backed over a stupid parking barracade and one ripped and slightly cracked the skirt!! But it's not bad and not noticeable. I'll NEVER have mudflaps on any future vehicle, just because of that!!

majax

Well if you back into anything with our mudflaps they either fold or will just pull out. I know one of the screws on one of them came out.

My dad always scrapes them backing out of the driveway going to fast.

It "pulled" so hard that it cracked the thin part of the skirt just behind the tire!!!! AND the mudflap came off partially. Dad rivited them on and not screws, so they were on there for life!! :helpless:

Ralph, Ford had the Mystichrome Appearance Package for the Mustang (incl color changing leather seats and steeringwheel too)

Never heard of the Windstar having it... ive seen the color we're talking about though; its like a really deep metalic with tons of reflective flakes.

Ok well that was useless info on my part. :coolgleam

No info is "useless!"

I'm sure I saw it on a Windstar, which is not cool for a minivan, but it's cool on a Mustang!

If anyone has seen it on a Windstar, please "pipe up" as inquiring minds want to know!!

I'm talking about health insurance. For example getting into a horrific car accident up here, etc. You would not be covered being a foreign citizen. You have the option to go to a place like Blue Cross and buy temporary health coverage in case of an emergency. Please tell me your father did that!!?? :suspense: My friend from China was nervous for months living and working here because he had no coverage and it takes a while to get it if you apply for it becomming a citizen, etc.. I guess you could have paid for HC if you are in an acident in Canada, but like the U.S. it would not be cheap, depending on severity....

I have no idea what pootine is or means, as I've NEVER heard that before...

use it in a sentence.... :hmm:

Everyone in my family (household) is covered under Blue Cross/Shield. How did you think we paid for our health care here? I don't see why that would not work in Canada? If it didn't they could just send us back:D
