Bill (HDMLNIUM) & I went to NED tonight and got in a couple of runs together. We both ran personal bests of 13.3's. My BFG Drag Radials worked well. My best short time was a 1.99. I think I can get that down a little more with practice.
I posted videos of 2 of our runs with the time slip data. I also posted in car video's from my car. You can see that the wheel hop is much better with the specter bushings and the BMR trailing arm brace. :thumbsup: Also anyone who wants to hear how the B&B with XPIPE sounds from in the car should check it out. Crank it up :thumbsup:
Note that each video is about 3MB so it takes a bit for the Drag Videos page to load.
Go here and scroll to the bottom to get to the videos.
Nice videos.....good post......Thanks:thumbsup: Anything under 1.99 for 60 ft times is good IMHO. That's a lot of weight to get launched quickly. Best I EVER did with mine was 1.95. Ran three times yesterday in Grand Bend, Canada. (A REALLY nice strip and SUPER-NICE people there). My best 60' time last night was EXACTLY 2.00. (Got lucky and cut a .000 light once). Best run (out of three), was 12.9 @ 109. (I ran Nitto Drags w/18 PSI). (I'm gonna' install a "roll control" (line-lock) to help with the tire warm-ups).:D

It was a good time last night, and you are now the quickest CTS-V at New England Dragway....:thumbsup: Yes Redline is now the quickest color but Platinum will be back fighting next time we get together.. Those BFG Drag radials are the way to go..
You should send Reed the video clips, I know he would like to have dual V's going down the strip on his FAQ site...:yup:
Well, now I need to get the x-pipe in "when ever it gets shipped and sent to me" A new tune, some drag radials and then we will be ready for Drag night III to see if we can't put the Platinum back on top.. haha
If you would, can you send me the clips too.. email@example.com
Thanks, and congratulations again on your new personal best...:cheers:
Yes Redline is now the quickest color I knew it...

From what I know Dans V has;
B&B 3" x-pipe exhaust
BFG Drag radials 275/35/18
It was fun and we will have to go back soon to put Platinum back on top...:D

I have a B&B XPIPE, Lingenfelter CAI, Specter Bushings with BMR AWK and BFG Drag Radials. I don't have headers or a tune yet. But am in need of a tune. The headers will probably have to wait until winter. :disappoin Unless Bill beats me next time. :helpless:

Nice Videos, Get the headers and a good tune, no doubt you guys will be in the 12.3 range (E55 Killers). Especially with those tires.
Nice, I'm due for a drag in the next few weeks. Bump up your rev limiter with the tune. That made a huge seat of the pants difference in my V!
