We should have our new server up and running within 5-7 days. In 2-3 business days, I should have a schedule for the move/update - whatever you want to call it.. There will likely be some down-time.. I'm not sure how much yet, but it shouldn't be too bad... I'm thinking a few hours but I may be too optimistic with that number...

Only a few times I've noticed a bit of a slow down, not too bad though.

The layout will remain the same.

Some specs:
We're going from a single Pentium 2.4 CPU with 1 gigabyte of memory to a dual Xeon 2.66 with 2 gigabytes of memory. We should be running at twice the speed we are now as a result of doubling our memory and more than doubling our CPU speed.

I'll be speaking with somebody tomorrow regarding an exact date for the installation/upgrade.
