One day when I put my ATS in reverse the screen said no video... Does this mean I can add a back up camera to use with the factory dash. No Cue... Have Standard 2.0T AWD Heated seats and Moon Roof...
You can add an aftermarket rear view mirror with a backup camera built in. I don't recall the company's name that makes them but a forum search on mirrors should help. The thread was sometime last year. Bert
Gentex is the manufacturer. They probably supply OEM products to GM.
lol yesterday I actually just wired up a rear view camera for my Dads new suburban, he bought a rearview mirror with a 1/4 of it being a screen for GPS/Bluetooth and a backup camera, really cool toy, I'd just buy one of those instead of fiddling with the stock head unit which probably wont work

Oh no I had to run a Video RCA cable to the front of the truck but it was easy I just tucked it up along the headliner down the length of the truck you dont see it at all. Oh course this Rearview mirror had all kinds of electronics so I had to power it as well.
