I took out my '94 STS carpet to get a better job cleaning it. Previously
i had taken buckets of water and a lot of resolve to it but that
didnt do the job. I'm now finding, after using a carpet cleaner machine that the carpet has a LOT of soap and chemicals still in the carpet. It would be a lot faster if i could just take the outside hose to the carpet to wash the existing soap off and than clean it w/ teh carpet cleaner machine. The only fear is shrinking however. DO i have anything to worry about or am i good to go on this idea? thanks for any input.
