I use my truck to tow a 25 foot boat and was just wondering if I put 22's on my truck I would have a problem.

nope,. i have towed with my 23's thousands of miles. No difference what so ever. :yup:

Did you do any modification to your brakes, or are they stock? I just bought a 2002EXT Monday and will be towing our bass boat this Staurday. Husband is going to get 22" Friday. Should we upgrade anything to be able to stop properly?

my stock brakes work great, towing a 2200 pound trailer and a 3500 # car :hmm:

They will stop the truck but will take longer to do so and the pads will wear down a lot quicker. I would recommend you upgrade the breaks if you are going to be towing the boat a lot. If you were not going to be towing the boat then the upgraded brakes are not needed for 22".
