I have 26" esimen floaters for the summer, but I want to upgrade to something nice for the winter season also. Probably no bigger than 20's. They must have a good offroad tire for good traction in the snow/ice/mountains/etc. ALso chrome probably won't work with all the shit they put on the roads. Any wheel/tire recommendations for this setup?

chrome won't work? so you're looking for polished or painted/powdercoated? why not just use the stockers with a good winter/traction tire?

Chrome won't work because the chemicals and salt will each it up. I have stockers, but I want something that looks good

The 17" stockers are going to give the best winter handling with good rubber...ala Cross Terrain SUVs or Revo ATs.

polished will get eaten up way faster than chrome.

Check the photos of my truck with the winter shoes on... 285/70 BFG Mud Terrain on the stock rims. Rubs a teensie bit in the rear fenders, but it's lowered a bit. They tackled everything New England could throw at me this past winter.
