Seems like a pretty good deal. Good luck!

Any car you can drive for the payment, with $0 down is good money to me if the payment is no worse than 0% interest for 60 mos. For example; assume a strong negotiated deal on a new V would be $60,000. Actually that would be an amazing deal. Payments would = $1,000 per month. So if you can lease for $1,000 per month with no money down you should be in a good place. Nice part (if you're not modding) is you walk away after 3 years, assuming this was a 36K month/39K mile lease.

Sometimes it's better to buy if you can find a steal. My CTS-V coupe was $49,987 or roughly $52,500 with TTT. I financed the $50K @ 1.49% for 60mos. = $850 month. I'm buying the car down by roughly $10K per year. Assuming no worse than 12K miles per year I should always have value in the car, i.e. what I owe is less than a reasonable trade-in value:

2014 - owe $40K
2015 - owe $30K
2016 - owe $20K

So as long as my V is worth something north of $20K when it's 4 years old I should be OK and I can mod it with no worries about turning in at lease end.

Now back to the OP's car. $700 per month with 18mos and 21K miles left, plus a $2,500 waiver is a STEAL!!!!

I leased a brand new 2014 V sedan built to order for $68,500.
39 month lease, 12k miles/year, no money down.
My monthly payment $860.

Great deal! Hopefully someone takes this deal.

Do you Know the buy out? I am currently looking to purchase a V and just started to look around. Thanks and Happy Year to all.

Go check out similar vehicle leases on leasetrader and you'll see this is a pretty great deal. Though they don't have any sedans currently listed, the lowest payment on a coupe is $869!

That is a good deal! I had to put down $2,500.00 drive off to get a $640 per month payment including 9% sales tax. I am sure someone will take it off your hands. Why not put it on swapalease or lease trader? Someone on those sites will take it very quickly.

It's on swapalease =) more exposure is good though!

I agree! I am sure it will be gone soon. Why are you getting rid of it?

01-05-14, 10:47 PM
Honestly I'm bored of it (I have car add).

Honestly I'm bored of it (I have car add).

Bored with a V? How can that be possible?

It's not like you can really drive it on the street... And I prefer to keep my license lol.

Good point. Overcoming the compulsion to press down on the right pedal is not easy. :)

OK guys. I'm taking this to the dealer March 15th and selling it to them. I'm offering a $1k rebate if you take the lease, which makes your payment effectively $649. Dude... that's ridiculous.

Just got a buyers credit application approved this morning. So I'd say no as of right now. It'll take about 2 weeks to complete.
