I need help from a Cadillac guru! I just purchased my first Cadillac (love it!) but of all things I failed to check the wiper operation. :banghead: I now find out they are totally inoperative. No LO, HIGH, DELAY, MIST or WASH. Dead. The 30amp fuse under the hood in the fuse box is good. In fact I checked with my meter and I am getting full voltage on both terminals when the fuse is in. I am not getting any power (voltage at the wiper motor though. Being new to Cadillac I searched a bit on the Web and read that there are supposedly two wiper sensors and a MAXI fuse somewhere. I am thinking that the problem may lie in one of those parts. The wiper switch is good because I get voltage to the fuse when I turn the wiper switch to the on position. Can anyone tell me where the 2 wiper relays are located and the MAXI fuse? Or does any one know what the problem may be having had the same problem themselves. It does not have the rainsensor wipers. Any help would be appreciated please. :worship:

Maxi fuses are located under the hood. Not sure exactly where on your model but it should be under a black plastic cover and should be marked "MAXI FUSE".

Did you check your owner's manual? It shows where all the fuses are located and what they do.

Thanks guys. I located the Maxi-fuses after I removed the plastic shroud covering the mini fuses. All MAXI fuses are good. Power to and out of fuses.
Any idea where the 2 wiper relays are located?? I hope a wire didn't fry inside the harness somewhere. But if I can find the relays and see if power is getting to them it's just process of elimination. TIA
