No, the Performance Luxury Package ... 15 speakers, and they added 18inch chrome wheels /w Z RATED tires, tinted my windows .. all for 42k

They were unbelievable to me.

Of course, in my profession, that's all we drive, are caddy's ... so they want repeat business!

Anyone get any good deals?

What's the average Lease rate out there that ppl have been getting?

700 a month?
600 a month?

I leased my 05 STS 1SE in March prior to the employee program. I am in a GMAC lease nothing down for 599.00 per month for 48 months. From what I can tell this was not a bad deal and may be as good or better than the current offers. The MSRP was a bit under 52K and the residule is in the low 20s.
BTW it's the V8.

I got my STS V8- 1SF package for $551/month. Down payment around 4400, 1500 in coupons from GM, and 1700 in GM card earnings, the rest cash.
GMAC 36 MONTH/45,000 MILES.

Which is good, because at the rate GM keeps throwing out incentives like candy, thats about how much its worth. :nono:

Theres already dealers out there taking advantage of this opportunity to use the Employee price as "MSRP" and then adding a whopping ton of additional incentives on top of that, essentially taking you to about that figure, which is about trade in value.

We got our STS for nothing down and pay a little under $600 for a 3 year lease, we have the lux. perfomance package in Raven black with Cashmere interior. I think the price our dealer ( McGuire Cadillac in NJ ) came us was about 43 or 44K and that was 6 months ago before the GM offer came around.
