I have a 1991 Fleetwood that is giving me a problem starting, My car will start fine most times However sometimes when I go to start the car you turn the key and all you get is just clicking the starter will not engage or turn at all. This will continue for several min. I have changed the starter with a used starter same problem and I then put in a brand new starter and the problem still exist. Is there any relays or electronic part that could be causing the problem.

Did you get a shop to check the battery and charging system? If there's nothing wrong with that it could be because of the pass key stuff. It can break and make that happen. Did you try using a different key? Sometimes it's because the pellet on the key is worn out but it could also be broken inside the ignition lock. There are a lot of posts around here that say how to bypass it if that's the problem.
