I have a problem where my windshield wipers work sometime in the pulse mode. Actually they barely work. I mean if i jiggle around for a bit i may get some cooperation or if I turn on my windshield wash they work. Can anyone help me?

It's usually either the switch or the wiper motor cover, which contains the electronics for working the pulse. Unless you want to try replacing everything until it works, you should pick up a FACTORY shop manual. It contains the diagnostics for tracing the problem.
