can you somehow bypass the nav sys , so you can watch a dvd while moving:( THIS IS STRICKLY FOR THE KIDS:) I don't see what the difference is if you watch a movie while driving or the nav. screen for directions:hmm: BETS ME!!??
Personally I would be looking at the nav. screen for directions more than I would be watching NEMO:rolleyes2

I too have been tinkering with no luck to try to watch a dvd while driving, well not exactly while im driving but at least to have it playing while Im driving. If anyone figures it out please let it out.
On my CTS-V, start car, leave in park (for me that means parking brake on) put dvd in and let it start playing for a second; then press the second from the bottom button on the right side of the screen and hold it in while pressing the seek forward button; done dvd will continue to play while driving; I have no idea if the systems are similar but it works on the V; note that no fucntions other than volume will work; I also seem to remeber someone on the SRX forums found a way also, not sure if it is the same though.
