The Long Answer:
The computer will try to compensate for it, but it will always being delivering unmetered air and the ECM will have work more like a speed density mode to deal with it, aka, it will see it always lean so it will have to add fuel (long term fuel trim or Block Learn) to get the short term fuel trim (or Integrator) back to 128. So if you were to scan the comptuer it would be showing a high number on the long term fuel trim (Block Learn) which is the indicator that it is dealing with a problem. Once it gets out of range, it will throw a code and let you deal with it....
