Hi...My 1993 Cadillac Seville radio popped the other day while I was driving. After the pop the radio lost all power and nothing on the radio panel functions except the time is displayed. The left blinker also blinks about 10 times slower than the right one. I am not sure if the blinker problem showed up at the same time that the radio went out. I just noticed the blinker today and the radio went out two days ago. I checked the 10 amp fuse that the radio is on and it was not blown. Any suggestions?

As a starting point, I suggest you check the operation of all electrical components in the system to see if more than your radio and flasher circuits are malfunctioning? Then start looking at all applicable fuses.

I have a 1993 Deville with a radio in the same shape. I blew the 20 amp fuse that runs the radio, cig lighter, and door chimes. The radio may be locked out by some sort of security. Were you ever able to get your radio to work. I raplaced the fuse, and now only the clock displays...all else is locked out
