I had programed in 3 set destinations and when I went to recall one, it was gone, then I noticed all 3 were gone. Is anyone else having problems with this happening? I know I didn't delete them, as I had used one of them 2 days before. Thanks for the help.....its always appreciated. Dee

If it was one of the 5 or 6 preset destinations that show up on the Route window as a numbered icon, they should be there. If you are talking about previous entered destinations, then make sure you were looking for them when the car was not moving. I know that seems like it shouldn't have to be said.....but yesterday I tried to make a blue tooth phone call and the dial keypad wouldn't show up on the screen. Took me 15 minutes to figure that that everything was OK, but I forget you cannot dial when you are moving.

I am really getting disgusted with this car! Not long ago I had the car in for it not recognizing the key fob, thanks to this forum I was able to bring them thread about the same problem, they fixed it, 2 times in the past 2 days its happened again, it also beeps to tell me the fob is in the car....when its in my purse and I am out of the car, yet when I get in and try to start it it says no fob detected. I got a call from Cadillac about 1 month ago asking me how the car is, they said they saw that my car has been in service many times over the past 4 months I have had it. Its back in service as we speak, not only for the fob, but the On Star keeps needing to be reset, for some reason all the settings from the factory get wiped out. My husband fell during a snow storm and laid next to the car with a broken knee cap and the On Star button didn't work, I'm just really beginning to lose my patience with this car. Its a shame because when things do work, the car is the most pleasureable car I have driven. Now......if only they could get the bugs out!
