Finally finished the led conversion, the climate control tooks about 3 hrs and the AC took 1.5 hr. Everything still works.....
The total parts cost came in about $100. 60 led for the DIC and 16 for the AC control.
Anyone interested, drop your unit or mail and I will do it for you for a fair price. But it is a fairly easy upgrade if you know how to solder and de-solder There is a post on the conversion in the non-V forum.
