My back windows don't go all the way down....it leaves about 2 inches of glass sticking up. Is it supposed to do this? Can I change it? Thanks!

Because of my OCD, I have to make sure that the fronts are perfectly alligned with the rear winows, when down-- Ive made a science of it.
