Sbones -

Not true. Your daughter will appreciate you much more when she's older if you simply grow wiser, not "up". Youth is a state of mind :yup:

Alexandra, cool name. That little one is going to rock your world in ways you've never imagined. I know mine do each and every day. Last night, I had a "BMW" cut me off and I muttered something like stupid bimmer. By the time we made it to meet my wife and youngest son for dinner - my 3 year old had converted the mutterance and explained to mommy:

"....bad people drive bimmers and bimmers are bad. We have to watch out for the bimmers and kill them so they don't hurt us."

Kids have wonderful imaginations, and laughter is the gift we receive in return.

Congrats! Life is never the same again. At least you've got a back seat or it would be bye bye Vette. I've got two of the female persuasion myself. One just got her license. When the guys show up, here's the routine:

1) Ask if he has a watch? If not provide one.
2) Show selected pieces of gun collection
3) Show spent targets from recent shooting practice at pistol range
4) Tell him what time to be home
