Blowing a belt at 6000 rpm puts a damper on your evening of fun. :sneaky:

Carry a new spare belt and a 15-mm wrench in the trunk's wheel well. :coolgleam

Denniscars-

Does your crank pulley wobble at all and/or your belt tensioner jump a little bit?

See my other post...

Negatory, I'm assuming your correctly pinned? Too much boost you'll spin.

No spinning occuring, and yes, I'm correctly pinned. I think it may have always been this way...

Worst case - it pukes the lower internals all over the highway and provides the perfect opportunity to build a blown C5R 427 with 1200 hp. :)

First rule in racing... how fast can you afford to go? :devillaug

:hmm: I thought the first rule was he who finishes first wins all the money, and can go that much faster?

Fry the chicken and scramble the egg...I'm hungry.

Bill, I have an LS6 harmonic balancer somewhere in my garage... email me.

Wasn't the belt moved closer to the block on the V's LS6? Perhaps we've got an oddball pulley-balancer in the aftermarket world?
