I am looking to purchase a 2003 EXT with 32k miles. The overall condition is excellent, color is platinum and the vehicle will be certified. This is from a Cadillac dealer here in Chicagoland. Is $37000 a good price?

Assuming (outstanding condition) it has chrome wheels and a towing package a certified ext in my area goes for 43675 (high retail). GM dealers are giving huge discounts on their suvs though. The auction block /wholesale price is 34219. So 34219 is what you'd likely be offered for trade in. If I were buying it I'd offer 34200 plus 3% (35220), and allow them 1000 for certification 36220. So it sounds to me like there asking price is pretty fair, give or take a couple hundred. The link above has a true market value calculator. Hope that helps.
