05 cts-v, magnacharger, tnt nitrous 75 shot.....
This is on a VERY conservative, very rich tune. As you can see...we walked in to the dyno on the low end, and let off a bit early. The test ride was INSANE

Nice setup, I love the numbers considering how much more you could get out of it with a hotter tune. You have to start somewhere, it might as well be real safe in the begining..:thumbsup:

Wow, that's WAY rich...giving up lots of power. Is this on a stock motor? Seems like a waste to me. Adding forced induction and NO2 on a stock motor and having to tune down because the motor can't handle the power adders.
How much boost are you running?

Thats about the limit of the stock motor right there.

Believe it or not my stock bottom end 99 vette put down 588 RWH and 605 RWT with heads cam headers, some other bolt ons and a 250 shot. bottom end can take a lot as long as you don't get detonation.

Thanks for posting this! I'm making close to your HP and better torque with just a maggie and a leaner tune. I've been thinking of toying with N02 (never done it; a little scared of it), but I'll hold off until I see somebody doing better than this...
If you do a more liberal tune, please post that as well.
Am I an idiot for thinking nitrous? Probably. God help me, nothing's ever enough.

Ive been doing ls1/ls6 motors for a long time. we are no where near the end of the road with this motor. the charger is only doing 6-6.5psi. Tuned properly, the charger alone will run in excess of 450 to the wheels. then a true 75 shot will add 125 to the wheels. The bottom end can handle a bit over 700 (crank) on a PERFECT tune and great gas.
This guy wanted 500..he got it. Now he wants more, and he'll get it. He'll be back over and over and Ill post it everytime

depends on how complex you want the install to be. I spent a solid 9-10 hours on this CTS making the custom brackets and making it all pretty as can be. I can knock it out in 5-6 hours for an average install. But who wants that

I want a completely hidden install, carbon fiber brackets, quantum flux capacitor... the works.
Honestly, I dunno how serious I am. Don't want my engine to go :bighead:.
