1993 Seville 4.9

My radiator fan does not ever kick on.....unless, I disconnect the connector shown in the photo. When it is unplugged, the fan turns on. Any ideas what I need to replace to fix this? :hmm:

The fans on my 89 4.5 run all the time.
I will have to check mine to see if it has one of those things pictured.
I was assuming my fan controm module was bad.
