Hello all, first off I would like to say you have agreat forum here, seems like a bunch of good guys here. To that I need to add, I have an 88 Eldorado that I got for free, did some work here and there on it, and it runs great, no problems, but on the information center it tells me that I have low refrigerant in the system for the A/C. Well what better time to convert it over to R134 than now. So I take it to the AFB hobby shop to have it vacumned out, and they can not find the low side service port, I spent an hour trying to find, looking under the radiator cover, on the firewall, between the compresor and the condenser, and I can not find the thing, woudl anyone here be of assistance and tell me wxactly where it is, iw oudl very much appreciate it, I tried to do a search but it came up blank with me searching about 5 different word versions. Help please, thanks in advance. Also if anyone knows anything about the windows only going down about 5 inches and stopping on both sides that woudl be of great help to fix as well, in this florida heat and no A/C and the windows only going down a few inches, i really need some help.

Low side A/C service port.
I am not certain for the 88, but on the 91 it is located along the firewall on the passenger side. The pipe is black and so is the fitting. It came from the factory with a blue plastic cap but that is probably long lost by now. Trace the line from the VIR cannister (big tank) that attaches to the evaporator core. There has to be a low side service port on that route or on the cannister itself. The high side is normally closer to the condenser.

On my 89 seville there are 2 on the acumulator , both are almost hidden.
One by the upper radiator hose the other by the TB air intake.
Just behind the radiator on the drivers side of the car between the radiator and the engine.

Thank you very much, that is where I found it, I had to remove the air inlet tube to see it, and it was as you said very hard to see it. Thanks again.
