i'm not kiddin at all from a performance point of view,drop in the cts-v
drive train,i dont know bout your escalade but mine is pretty damn fast,i tear up mustangs all the time...i love it...a 6speed would kick ass especially top end

From a performance POV maybe, from a practicality POV, there is absolutely no point.

Think of the clutch you would need due to the weight of the truck, and believe me I am all for stick shifts, all 11 of my Corvettes were sticks, but a good automatic will beat a stick shift in a drag race everyday, but the stick would be more fun to drive, althogh I would not want to shift gears in my Escalade, of course for the right price anything can be done. :)

YOu are crazy. It would cost too much and wouldnt ever work right. Not worth it for the cash, my opinion.

And were would you put it? You would hack the whole center council unles you wanted to go on the tree. I think a good shift kit would be a better deal. I own a cobra with a 6 speed and thats were it should stay. The escalade is a different platform with a diiferent design goal. It is not a racecar.

Its better to put your money into a SC/all the other normal mods that have proved to be efficient...a Manual in an Escalade is a joke.

However...I did smoke a base model Lexus IS last week...the guy was asking for it. We were both surprised at the outcome.

Thanks, not a Jag person since they are owned by FORD, but it was the only way to get my money from a business partner, and it is a great riding car. :)

One of the reasons I never do any racing in my 'lade is the time it takes to brake suddenly. Talk about a big boat!
