Tony Danza got quite a scare when he and NASCAR star Rusty Wallace were racing go-karts during the taping of a segment for the nationally syndicated "The Tony Danza Show." (http://www.wftv.com/news/4470527/detail.html)

Danza was leading as they entered the final lap on West 66th Street Monday morning, the show said. After Wallace gave Danza's vehicle a little "bump and run," the 54-year-old talk-show host lost control of his go-kart, which flipped over.

I saw it in the CNN news. Tony was lucky he didn't get hurt. It looked like some of his body was outside the roll bar when it rolled. But then what was he thinking racin' Rusty Wallace when Rusty was behind him.

I was at the Long Beach Grand Prix one year, watching the celebrity races in trun one, and watched Donny Osmond flip upside down and crash into the tire barriers. Of all the times I've been to the LBGP, that was my most memorable moment.
