Yes, completely custom made. I've seen a few of these now, each made by taking the normal 4-door '93-96 Fleetwood, removing the rear doors, extending the front doors, and then filling in the smaller space with sheetmetal and a new window.

They offered 2-door versions from the factory sometime in the '77-92 body style run, but never in the "new" ones.

Yep, custom made. I've seen that particular car in Lowrider magazine a couple times.

Coupe Devilles were made through 93, RWD Fleetwood Coupes were made from 80-86. That's a custom 93-96 Fleetwood.

err.... the last "big body" Coupe was the 1984 Coupe DeVille....

in 1985 the DeVille name went the the smaller FWD car, and the big body kept Brougham... with no 2 door...

funny thing though... 2 door Cadillacs have been around since the start of time.... but then ended in 1993 :( I own a piece of history :) the new XLR dosn't really count... 2 seater :)

There was a Fleetwood Brougham Coupe still in 1985

I said "Coupe Devilles were made through 93." So it's not a "big body" but I'm still right. I did F up and put 86 instead of 85 for the last year of the Fleetwood Brougham Coupe though.

yup, I knew what you ment ;)

I just didn't want to confuse the origanal poster, since he specifically said "big body"

I was not aware of the Fleetwood Brougham Coupe in 1985, I thought it was the DeVille in 1984.... now I know :)

I personally never cared for the 2 door 1977-1985 big bodys... they just didn't look right to me... I mean, sure they are more cool, and alot more rare and stuff... but I dunno.... I like my 4 door.... just like my Oldsmobile... ever see a 1989 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight 2 door? gosh they look like crap... but 4 door.... and it is nice... on the flip side, my '93 DeVille is one sexy car with 2 doors :)

All depends on the car I guess... and to the eyes of the beholder :)

In 1985 & 1986 therer was a FWD Fleetwood Coupe. It died at year's end (1986) and came back for 1989 thru 1992.

I wish I could see more pics of the custom 2 door 93-96 Fleetwoods. I never saw that issue of LRM, I went on the impalassforums under fleetwoods but all the pics they posted were little white X's. If anyone has pics I'd like to see it, thanks.

I have a few pics of that car in LRM's Best of Cadillac's Issue but no scanner. If I can find a nice way to get it up here with my digital camera, I'll give it a shot.

hi, we are in the u.k. we've had our '92 Fleetwood Coupe for three years now it was imported when it was new. we have not seen another one like it here in the u.k. and neither when we visited florida in 2002 and 2004, it would be great to know of another one like it!

Last year for the rwd coupe deville was 1987! Believe it! Now the 2door fleetwood brougham I am not sure of. 1977-1979 were basically the same bodies as were 1980-1987. 2door fleetwood brougham was an upgrade from the coupe deville which included different patterns on the seats, badges on the exterior, wider rocker trim and most important of all the smaller opera 1/4 windows. Another thing I noticed was that the interior pieces although different in style of the 77-79 coupe will fit the 80-87 coupe!
