Does anyone know why the black interior on the STS is split? Why is the seating area black and the headliner and door and window pillars grey. If you got grey interior it would all be grey or cashmere it would all be one color, just thought it was a little strange that the black interior was two tone.:confused:

Its just like painting a ceiling in a house. Paint it a drak color and it will look closer than it really is. Lighter colors give better contrast. That is the only reason.

Also i noticed that some of the STS at dealers in my area have two toned ineriors as an option it says on the sticker: "Lt. Gray-STS/CTS-Ebony Insert"
