good to hear , i get alot of folks from your career feild on 50-75% disbaility becuase they were para and there knees were toast , basicly every para ive met has big time knee issues ....working for the VA you start to notice what careers get what inurys and disabilitys ....

Before serious injury, I was at 14:32 on the two mile, 59 push-ups, and 85 sit-ups...I maxed those out from day one...

Now I can put my PT records away...Because after the injury, it wasn't pretty... :helpless:

Grandkids are in the pool all the time, the pool is around 88, without a heater
But where Ralph is who knows. Could be 90 one day then drop to 40's the next.
Maybe he is a dust storm out there

I think he's just taking a break.. I hope he finds his way back soon, though.. The weather IS getting very nice and I would imagine most of us will be spending a little more time outdoors...
