Here are some pics of my lade. Haven't seen anyone else with these rims. Wondering what you think? I am also looking to get chrome door dishes with gold handles.Wondering if that look would be to much? I have seen them on the internet once, if anyone knows who sells them please advise. Also, If you have any further suggestions they would be appreciated. Thanks-Boombotz:thumbsup:

Nice ride. Gold isnt really my thing but you have the gold package and thats what you like so you should def upgrade it. Maybe a gold grill never seen it but it would be cool tho. Never seen the rims before but they are cool. Keep the Escalade clean man it looks good.

Very clean Lade. I've also got the gold pkg and I think it looks tight. Why didn't you plate the front emblem though?

The salesman talked me out of it. He said that he got feed back from previous customers that they were getting hit with rocks and the gold was chipping and started looking like crap in a few months. My plans are to be getting a chrome grill and chrome tow hooks in the very near future. I will get it plated then. Thanks.

The rims are 22", and I got them at Wheel Tec in Tampa. Definetly deal with Jay(very helpful). When I was shopping for rims I looked at so many diferent ones, but when I saw this I knew they where the ones I wanted. There is no one I have seen around here with rims like this.

Very nice truck you have....

I especially like those wheels

I dont like how the gold package looks on White Diamond Escalades, I like it better on black or dark color Escalades, but you know, to each his own!!!

Dub makes them as a spinner as well, but I didn't like them. These are different then what everybody else has. They are very deep looking.

I need to know if the gold handles wouldn't look right on my truck. Please give me feed back good or bad. I can take it.

I found them from a supporting vendor and are trying to contact them for pricing. Thanks

If you can wait a couple weeks, I just dropped my tailgate handle and 4 new Grippin Billet (www.grippinbillet.com (http://www.grippinbillet.com/)) 'Striker Smooth' door handles off at UPS to be shipped out for gold plating. My truck is a 2003 Escalade EXT, White Diamond. When I get them back and installed, I'll post some photos. Not getting the chrome buckets, though.

No, they said 3-4 days so should have it back Thursday hopefully!!! The biggest reason for me thinking the gold is just looking at the side view with the gold thought it might look pretty cool. Just really wasn't sure if it was worth the chance, and by looking at the response it seems like chrome on chrome might be the better option. Would like to see if I can find a White Diamond with gold package and those handles just to see what it looks like. At least it would be different.

That would be great. Can't wait to see the pics. It will give me a better idea of the look. Have you already seen this around? If so how did it look on the White Diamond.

You wouldn't believe how many people walk up to my truck and touch the rims when it is in a parking lot. My wife and I get a kick at it when we are outside a restraunt waiting for a table. We usually listen what they are saying and they don't even know the owner is keeping a :eye: on them.

Just got my door and tailgate handles back from the gold plating shop (and the truck from the dealer) and installed it all yesterday. Here are some shots (after a good scrubbing, too!)

Runs like a champ now. All the power it originally had and change. I think I might have to get some better brakes - she pulls away at red lights a bit!

Heh... I replied in the 'Which of you guys are supercharged' thread...

Clogged catalytic converters. Nothing wrong with the engine. I got my own Mastercard commercial now...

Speed shop diagnosis: $320
New high-flow cats: $400
Towing: $3000

Dragging an Escalade cross-country and back for crap you could have fixed in your driveway... :banghead:

Well, it was all warranty work done by Lund, so they picked up the tab. All signs (compression test, etc.) pointed to blown cylinder, so they opted to tear up the engine themselves rather than trust anyone else to fix their work. They're a pretty awesome bunch.

Ahhhh, well in that case a big  to Lund. BTW, just went back and read the other thread, there are about 10-15 threads I missed, must have overlooked them at work.

Nice Escalade I like the rims. You should crome your front tow hooks. That would look good. I'm not to fond of the gold handles but since you have a lot of gold it might look good.
