All GM sales are up. The G6 is pickup in sales, the Colbalt is selling like hot cakes, Malibu sales are up 86%, and Maxx sales up 115%, Lacross is outselling the Regal/Century that it replaced.
Truck sales are down 12% though. I think word of the new models coming out with redesigned GMT-900 trucks is hurting sales.

Buick is selling less than Oldsmobile did at the end. Sales aren't that great when you're losing a billion dollars in a quarter and you stop production due to high inventory and slow sales. The general is in big trouble and mostly due to bad product planning. This excludes Cadillac and Chevy since they are leading the sales engine with better products and marketing
Overall very good news for GM.. Buick sales will take off once the new Lucerne and their new sports car is out.
Damn.
STS sales are up! So much for hoping for some sweeter incentives!

The General is in big trouble and one of the reasons is because of past labor negotiations. One of the benefits of retired workers is full paid health insurance..That cost alone costs GM aprrox $1600.00 per veh made.
