That stands for Climate Control Panel/Fuel Data Center. There's two wires that power the digital displays in the car, be it the factory radio, or the FDC. Ovbiously, with the analog speedometer, those wires are not there. You need to splice into those wires located at one of the other displays and run them up to the digital speedometer. Did you notice the changes in warning lights? I believe that 90 has a lot more of them. An added bonus? 87 Devilles had speed limited digital dashes, hit 85mph and they just blinked 85. The '90s dashes are not limited. They show all three digits, if that happens to resemble your driving style that is.... (wait, you have the HT4100, disregard that last comment. :sneaky: )
ooo fuel data center and climate control panel should have know that. Either way the info that you gave me is invaluable. Oh yeah the 4100 doesnt go past 84.5 mph it never pins  .
Thanks again
Works like a charm.... Everything worked out perfectly there was some wires that didnt match actually just 2 that didnt match the engine metal temp ind and the highbeam ind other then that everything worked perfectly.
Thanks again and im forever in your debt, well maybe not forever!!
