The High Side Temperature sensor is a thermistor that controls signal voltage to the Air Conditioning Programmer (ACM) . The ACM applies voltage on CKT 732. When sensor is cold, the resistance is high, and the ACM will see high signal voltage at pin "C5." When the sensor warms, its resistance becomes less and signal voltage is pulled low through CKT 407. Signal voltage will vary between 5V (open circuit) and 0V (short circuit).

If I understand correctly, either the sensor or the connector is bad.
